March 2023    Writing from the Deep

Dates: March 13, March 27, & April 3 (Mondays)

Time: 4:30-6 pm Pacific Time

This course is designed to help you free your imagination, write from deep and authentic places inside yourself, bring aliveness into your writing, discover your natural writing voice and overcome obstacles such as self-criticism and fear of failure.

Fee for the course: Sliding scale of $90 – 110. You can choose the amount.

No prior writing experience is necessary.

August 2023    Poetry and the Natural World

Dates: August 14, 21, & 28 (Mondays)

Time: 4:30-6 pm Pacific Time

In this course we will work with the poetry of Mary Oliver, David Whyte, Jane Hirshfield, and Wendell Berry. The writing exercises will help you reflect on your connection to the natural world and explore the ways that nature teaches, heals and inspires you.

October 2023    Writing as a Spiritual Practice

Dates: October 14, 21, & 28 (Saturdays)

Time: 11 am – 12:30 pm Pacific Time

As a spiritual practice, writing can take you beyond the limitations of the linear mind and help you tap into the heights and depths of Being. We will explore writing and guided imagery as vehicles to access the imaginal realms, open awareness and the intuitive mind. You will receive guidelines for using a journal as a transformational tool on your spiritual journey.
